a terrace, a safe, and a sofa set available in the boutique twin room. exceptionally comfortable beds and a good size bathroom. excellent location with the train station close to the hotel. easy walk to walking man statue.

We thoroughly enjoyed being here. The place was clean and pleasant, had lovely staff at the reception desk. We had guest room, and it was incredibly comfortable and immaculate on the upper floors.

Very good location in Schwabing, train stations around the corner. Very friendly staff, rooms are modern and newly furnished. Out in the back, very quiet.
Very warm and dry air in the room due to the air conditioning as heating.

The location was cute. the guest room had a safe, unique round tables, and an old carpet system, with great memory foam beds. - the staff was wonderful, lovely, and always willing to help. - We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

the massive smell of fried bacon and eggs was very annoying. When you sat together as a family, all your clothes smelled after breakfast and you had to change.

The location was good and absolutely perfect. Staff were incredibly nice. - A shopping street and a supermarket were right next door. - the boutique twin room was airy and complete with a good size bathroom, free WiFi, and a safe.
